Learning Targets

These documents outline the Bellingham School District learning targets for each grade level. Learning targets are based on standards established by the State of Washington and identified in the Essential Academic Learning Requirements. They also outline required critical content identified for each grade level in district curriculum and support guides. Curriculum in the district has been structured so that students receive an education that is based on a well-articulated program in which content and skills have been thoughtfully laid out to support continuous growth and acquisition of skills from year to year.
