An Administrative Application is used for the following types of administrator positions:

• Assistant Principal
• Executive Director
• Director
• Program Administrator

The following materials are required in addition to the application forms listed above:

1. Letter of application and résumé. (Include specific job number.) Please address letters to the Human Resources Department.
2. College placement file. Contact your college or university placement office to send your Confidential Placement File to our Human Resources Department. (Your Placement File is a confidential file that contains personal data, supplemental candidate information, summary of coursework/workshops, transcripts, evaluations, and letters of recommendation.) If you do not have a placement file, submit three (3) letters of recommendation.
3. Transcripts (official or unofficial) for each college and/or university you have attended.
4. A copy of your Washington State certificate(s) or permit. If your Washington State certificate is pending or you are anticipating receiving an additional endorsement, please check the appropriate box(es) on the Certification Insert.
