General Information for Secretarial Positions

 

Position Description:

  • Perform routine and specific office work that contributes to the efficient operation of a school/program office.
  • Work under the direction of the building principal, program supervisor, or designee.
  • Salary range: $14.18 - $15.84 per hour.

Minimum Qualificatons Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of two (2) years general office experience, pertinent training, and/or some combination thereof.
  • Ability to type/keyboard a minimum speed of forty-five (45) words per minute required.
  • Previous experience operating word processing and database computer programs preferred.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
