Dear Families,

I want to thank you and your family for an incredible school year!

I have enjoyed connecting with many of you and your children as I’ve been out visiting every school in recent weeks. I am proud of the work we have accomplished together this year in support of all students. This latest edition of Newsmakers acknowledges some of the most recent accomplishments of our students and staff. In addition, last week I had the pleasure of surprising our high school counselors and college planning financial aid event staff as the 2012 recipients of our One Schoolhouse Award. Their exceptional work has supported high school students throughout Whatcom County in achieving their dreams.
