Please use this as a guide to determine next steps if experiencing symptoms:


If experiencing any of these symptoms: 

  • Cough (new, changed, worse)
  • Fever (100.4)
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Shortness of breath

Do this:

  • Stay home for 10 days OR
  • Return with a negative test (PCR or rapid antigen), 24 hours fever free and symptoms improving. (A home rapid antigen test will not be accepted.)

If experiencing any of these symptoms:

  • Runny nose or congestion
  • Sore throat
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Fatigue
  • Headache

Do this:

If only one symptom and it lasts less than 24 hours, testing is not needed.

If the symptom lasts more than 24 hours OR more than one symptom:

  • Stay home for 10 days OR
  • Return with a negative test (PCR or rapid antigen), 24 hours fever free and symptoms improving. (A home rapid antigen test will not be accepted.)

Getting tested

Students and staff will need to have improving symptoms and a negative test in order to return to work and school. A home rapid antigen test will not be accepted.
