Special Dietary Restrictions
Please continue to check back here for the most up-to-date information.
At this time, we are unable to fill requests for special dietary needs. If you have questions about carbohydrates and allergens please email email@example.com and we will work to get you the information in a timely manner.
Flexibility is appreciated as plans may change based on access to food, staff and supplies; guidance from the health department; or orders from the governor to prevent COVID-19 from spreading further. This service is possible with the incredible efforts of our food services team and the generosity of Bellingham Public Schools Foundation.
If you have questions related to our meal service, please fill out this online form, click “school meals” and submit the form; a member of our staff will respond soon.
Free and Reduced Meals Application
Review the income guidelines to confirm eligibility and then fill out the application and return it to Food Services.
Online Application for Free and Reduced Meals (please use Google Chrome web browser to access)
Note on free and reduced priced meals application: The USDA is currently funding free meals for all students. Families should still apply for free and reduced priced meals to access other income-based benefits. Go to bellinghamschools.org/food-services for more information.
Food Services Online Payment
Bellingham Public Schools provides an easy way to add money to a food account by making payments through the online system, MyPaymentsPlus. If a food account balance is low, it will only take a few minutes to add money using a credit/debit card or a checking account at any time of the day from anywhere. Payments will post within one-hour to the student’s food account. Families will be charged a small fee for processing funds to a student’s meal account. Or, families can continue to pay for school meals with cash or check at their school.
For questions regarding meal payments, call (360) 676-6504 or email BPS.MealPayments@BellinghamSchools.org.
