Call for Applications: School-Based Health Center Planning Task Force

Community members and Options High School students and staff may apply by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14 for consideration to serve on the School-Based Health Center Planning Task Force.

The purpose of this committee is to:

  • Conduct a needs assessment on the health care needs of Options students through available data, surveys and community engagement with Options families, students and staff, youth-serving community organizations, health care organizations
  • Design a school-based health care center model for Options based on needs assessment findings
  • Create a business plan for implementation of a school-based health center at Options High School

Committee members will need to be available in the afternoon on the fourth Monday of every month from 3:30 – 5 p.m. starting Monday, Nov. 7 for the first meeting. See a list of all meeting dates on our website.
