6535 Policy – Student Insurance

Student accident insurance policy information will be made available for voluntary purchase. The district will distribute application forms. The district will supply the necessary claims information (time of accident, cause of accident) when requested by a student or his/her parent.

The district will annually consult with its provider for recommendations pertaining to student accident insurance.
