Traditional and Unified Sports

Bellingham Public Schools offers both traditional and Unified Sports. Athletes are coming together across the entire district to compete in bowling, basketball, track and field and soccer. This website will provide all the information you need to become part of this ever-expanding program.

Partners only: Complete Unified Partner Release Form for Special Olympics and turn it in to your coach. This is only required once ever for Special Olympics.

Athletes only: Use Special Olympics Athlete Medical Form for your physical every 2 years for clearance. Turn it in to your school through Final Forms.

The school district will accept the Special Olympics Athlete Medical Form as the physical form for clearance. Special Olympics requires the Athlete Medical Form if you want to compete in official Special Olympics Events.
To cover yourself for both the school district and Special Olympics, please use the Special Olympics Athlete Medical Form for your physical.
