Resources for secondary families
Because middle and high schools have different combinations of classes and curricula, teachers are communicating directly with their students about assignments and resources. Common Sense Media provides many of our district-wide digital citizenship lessons. During this school closure they’ve created the site wideopenschool.org to provide 6-12th grade students and families with learning activities sorted by topic. You’ll find a large assortment of quality resources including virtual field trip, live events, and other sites organized by content area.
